Experience/Background
I have 27 years of experience working in the corporate sector and as an independent executive coach.
In my corporate career, as a Management Consultant with IBM Global Services, I led strategic projects globally focusing on transformation and change management for large clients. This experience of looking at the ‘big-picture’ was balanced at my next role as a line manager with GE Capital Services where I managed large teams and operations. I am also a GE certified six-sigma green belt.
As Head, Sales and Business Development for VNL, a growth stage telecom infrastructure company in the B2B space, I was instrumental in setting up distribution and sales operations across eleven countries in the EMEA region besides bagging the first couple of global deals, thus putting the company on a path to scalability.
I have also held roles in Market Planning at Airtel and Strategy Planning at Escorts Ltd. exploring new business ideas, business planning, financial modeling and business portfolio management
Since 2011, I have been coaching corporate clients from mid to senior management levels across industries and geographies to help them become the person and leader they aspire to be. My clients range from Fortune 50 to growth stage companies. I am an ICF certified PCC Executive Coach and a certified Systemic Team Coach with close to 1500 hours of coaching experience.
